How do I book a trip?
Choose a trip on the home page, click Book now, fill in the form and click Confirm reservation. You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket straight away.
Where do I need to be?
Your ticket and confirmation email show the departure point: Boathouse or Jetty. The 13:00 trips depart from the boathouse; the 14:30 trip departs from the jetty.
When do I pay?
Payment is collected when boarding — nothing needs to be paid in advance through the website.
How do I cancel my reservation?
Open your ticket using the link in the confirmation email and click Cancel.
I can't find my ticket.
Search your inbox for the confirmation email (also check your spam folder). The link in that email opens your ticket directly.
The trip is fully booked. What now?
Choose a different time or date on the home page. No waiting list is kept.
